Our friends, Fernando and Stephanie, were very glad to see us early. We woke up early on Saturday morning to go see the Mass Ascension. Over 550 balloons were registered, and they broke a record for most balloons launched in an hour. It was an awesome sight seeing the skies filled will balloons. Some of our favorite ones were the unique shaped ones like an angel and a huge cow.
We ate lunch at this local restaurant called Murphy's Mule Barn. My favorite places to eat along the way have been the small town, local flavor establishments. Breakfast was great!
